Custom Orders & Products
Because all T Ryder Designs products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed or created. Each piece is made specifically for you, and we take great care to ensure quality and accuracy in every design.

To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number before shipping.
Partial or No Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned are found to not be a printing or company error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take time for your refund to post.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at tryderdesigns@gmail.com for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges or replacements may vary.
Event Booking Cancellation Policy
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and covers preparation time, materials, and scheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may be eligible to transfer the deposit toward a future booking (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

If T Ryder Designs must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule your event.
