By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These terms are designed to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon the arrangement to protect and set clear expectations regarding our service.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website; however, occasionally there may be discrepancies.
If we cannot fulfill all items at the time of purchase, we will ship the available products and contact you to confirm whether you’d prefer to:

Await restocking of the backordered item, or

Receive a refund for the unavailable product.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for your order.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
T Ryder Designs will gladly accept request to cancel, as long as the product has not been made or sent out for delivery.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and customers must arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.
We will notify you by email once this process is complete.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We will honor any valid warranty claims submitted within 60 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs; however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is approved.
Upon receiving your return, we will process your warranty claim within 7 business days.
Once confirmed, you may choose from:
(a) Refund to your original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) Replacement item (if in stock)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipments generally arrive within 2–7 business days.
4.2 International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 7–30 days, depending on the courier and destination. Specific estimates are provided at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during regular business hours.
Please note: We are closed on national holidays, which may slightly delay shipping times.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You may request a delivery address change at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box & Military Shipping
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) using USPS only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
4.6 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the available portion of your order immediately and send the remaining items once restocked.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
If you were not present at the time of delivery, please contact customer service for assistance at admin@tryderdesigns.com.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the displayed product prices on our Website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival.
These fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to T Ryder Designs at your expense.
You will receive a refund for the value of the goods (minus return shipping costs).
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on post-shipment returns.
9. Insurance
9.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the damage claim.
9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
10. Event Booking Cancellation Policy
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may transfer the deposit toward a future date (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
If T Ryder Designs must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule your event.
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your booking.

12. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer
