Shipping & Returns Policy – T Ryder Designs

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Domestic Shipping

  • Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).

1.2 International Shipping

  • Orders typically arrive within 7–30 days, depending on courier and destination.

  • Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal to pay duties: goods returned at customer’s expense; refund issued minus return shipping.

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Shipping fees are collected at purchase and are non-refundable.

1.4 P.O. Box & Military Shipping

  • P.O. Boxes: via postal services only

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO): via USPS only

1.5 Tracking

  • A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch.

1.6 Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged parcels: refuse delivery if possible, then contact us.

  • Lost parcels: refunds or replacements processed after courier investigation.


2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Custom Orders

  • All T Ryder Designs products are custom-made.

  • No refunds or exchanges once an order is processed or created.

2.2 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only.

2.3 Warranty Returns

  • Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt.

  • Customers prepay shipping; reimbursement occurs once the claim is approved.

  • Options upon approval:

    1. Refund to original payment method

    2. Store credit

    3. Replacement item (if in stock)

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Hazardous or flammable items

2.5 Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

2.6 Exchanges


3. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, returned items result in gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
