1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Domestic Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
1.2 International Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 7–30 days, depending on courier and destination.

Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay duties: goods returned at customer’s expense; refund issued minus return shipping.
1.3 Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping fees are collected at purchase and are non-refundable.
1.4 P.O. Box & Military Shipping

P.O. Boxes: via postal services only

Military addresses (APO/FPO): via USPS only
1.5 Tracking

A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch.
1.6 Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged parcels: refuse delivery if possible, then contact us.

Lost parcels: refunds or replacements processed after courier investigation.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Custom Orders

All T Ryder Designs products are custom-made.

No refunds or exchanges once an order is processed or created.
2.2 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only.
2.3 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt.

Customers prepay shipping; reimbursement occurs once the claim is approved.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Downloadable software

Health and personal care items

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

2.5 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Sale items are non-refundable.
2.6 Exchanges
